further considered there is no case, thus the payment down payment is
considered as case registration.

case was transferred to the chairman of the District Court. The devolution
should be done as soon as possible so as not to violate the principles of
settling disputes in a simple, fast and low cost, no later than 7 days of
registration
Determination of the judges by the
Chairman of the Court
After
the district court docket filed checking clerks, then Chairman of the Court
establishes that the judges will examine and decide cases. Determination must
be made by the Chairman of the Court no later than 7 days after the first file
is received by the Chairman of the Court. Judges will examine and decide the
case is composed of at least three judges with the composition of the chairman
of the panel of judges 1 and 2 others Judge.
Determination Day Session

after the judges is formed, the judges stipulates the siding. Determination was
poured in the determination letter. Determination is done immediately after the
judges received the case file or at the latest after receiving the case.
